At Saurav Decor, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
How to Return
Reach out within 7 days of delivery via phone, email, or contact form. Provide your order number and reason for return.
We'll review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if eligible. Keep this number for tracking.
Package the item securely in original packaging with all tags attached. Include the RAN and return to our showroom or arrange pickup.
We'll inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days. Once approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Cash refunds available for cash payments at our showroom.
Card refunds are processed to the original card used for payment.
Bank transfer refunds available for bank transfer payments.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns, but you can select a replacement item during the process.
Exchange Policy:
Custom-made curtains are made to your specific measurements and fabric choices. These items are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Exception:
If your custom item has a manufacturing defect, incorrect measurements (our error), or doesn't match the agreed specifications, we will remake or refund at no cost to you.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We're here to help ensure your satisfaction.
